- Free initial training is included. Subsequent On-Site Training available at
$50/hour.
- Online installation is free. On-Site software installation is $50/hour (only
offered within Monroe County, NY)
- Technical Support and Recovery Assistance is available from 9:00am EST to
6:00pm EST at the rate of $50/hour, and from 6:01pm EST to 8:59pm EST at the rate of $100/hour.
